Dtelo - Privacy Policy
Experience Match Ltd. (hereinafter: "Dtelo", “we“, “us”, “our“, “Company“) takes great care to protect your privacy and to secure the data that is stored on the servers used by Dtelo, and amongst other things:
(a) Employs security professionals who implement the technical and organizational security during development and operations;
(b) Takes measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, manipulation or destruction.
This Data Protection Policy describes how Dtelo handles the personal data it has access to when collected and processed through our Registered Hotel Management Interface ("Management Interface"), User Engagement App ("U-App"), Employee App ("E-App") and/or our Website ("App" and "Website" respectively).
This Privacy Policy regards the treatment of the information gathered by Dtelo when you (the "User") are using or accessing our Website, U-App, E-App or Management Interface ("Services").
As used in this Policy the terms “Registered Hotel” shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Dtelo's Terms of Service (https://Dtelo.com/terms/).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any external or third party websites, services or advertisements (“Third Party Services”).
The Policy also applies to Dtelo’s use of cookies and tracking tools on the relevant website and application interfaces, as further specified in the relevant paragraphs herein below.
From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services. If the introduction of these new or additional services results in any change to the way we collect or process your personal data we will provide you with more information and additional terms or policies in advance, and where necessary obtain your consent prior to applying such new collection or processing of your personal data. Unless stated otherwise, when introducing these new or additional services, they will be subject to this Policy.
We may revise this Policy from time to time, and such changes shall come into effect from the moment we notify you of such changes and/or update you, either via email, publishing a notification on our Website, prompting a pop-up window in our E-App or U-App, or in some other reasonable manner.
Important note: If you do not consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your personal data as set forth in this Policy, please refrain from browsing our Website, logging in and using our E-App or U-App and/or using Our Management Interface, and/or otherwise refrain from providing us with any of your personal data.
While you have no legal obligation to furnish and provide us with your personal information that Dtelo collects, we will require you to provide such information in order to provide you with services through the App and/or Website.
We collect the following types of personal information for the below purposes (the "Personal Information"):
Anonymized Analytics Information (Browser Type, Browsing from PC/Mobile, Country of Origin, Pages visited and engagement time etc.)
When you receive a download link or QR from your Registered Hotel for the use of the E-App or the U-App, Dtelo will receive the following personal information from your employer or the Registered Hotel you are a guest at, as applicable:
Note: The above notwithstanding, Dtelo may require you to submit your mobile phone number, during your initial log-in process, if it is unable to receive it from your Registered Hotel.
(a) Provide you with personalized discounts, information and advertisements on tourist attractions, activities and eateries based on your hotel's location; and
(b) Provide you with the ability to open service calls for receipt of services from your hotel.
Dtelo undertakes that if it shall need to make use of service providers or third-parties in order to improve the Apps, the Website and services in general, while processing your Personal Information, it will bind all such third parties and/or service providers with provisions which shall sufficiently ensure the protection of your Personal Information and that they shall not be entitled to make any use in your Personal Information other than for the specific purposes we have engaged them for, all as stipulated by applicable law.
Without derogating from the abovementioned, Dtelo shall contractually oblige its third party supplies and affiliates to not use Personal Information to third parties for any other uses outside for providing services to you according to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, without your prior express consent.
All information disclosed to us through our U-App, E-App, Management Interface and Website shall be kept by Dtelo as confidential and we maintain the standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards appropriate to our service and activity in order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized or inappropriate access.
Dtelo reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that it reasonably believes is necessary to:
Dtelo uses external statistical tools to analyze trends, administer the site, track Users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Such statistical information is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Dtelo endeavors to protect the information it collects about its Users using industry-standard security processes and controls, however, despite these efforts,
(i) No computer system is immune from intrusion; and
(ii) Information transmitted to the App may need to pass through many systems in order to process such information.
Therefore, Dtelo does not guarantee or warrant that the measures that are taken to protect the collected information will prevent unauthorized access to the information about you that is stored by Dtelo. In the event Dtelo experiences a breach of security, you will promptly be notified if your Personal Information has been compromised, in accordance with applicable law.
When using our Management Interface, E-App or U-App, the password provided to you protects your user account and you are responsible for maintaining its security and integrity, therefore we encourage you to use a unique and strong password, not to share it with third-parties, as Dtelo will not be liable for any actions taken through your username.
If you have reason to believe your password has been stolen or compromised, please contact Us as soon as possible at: bar@contelapp.com, so we may suspend your account and assist you in renewing your password
When you use our Website or our U-App, be advised that they may contain links to third party websites and/or social media apps. Upon clicking on any such link and being re-routed through mobile phone's browser or an external app to a different website or app, be advised that we will not and cannot control or be held responsible for third parties’ data protection and privacy practices, or the content accessible from such third-party websites and applications, and if you click on a third-party link, please understand that you are leaving our App and any personal data you provide to such third parties will not be covered by this Policy and such third-party websites are governed solely by such third parties' privacy policies.
You are advised to be careful and check any such third party's privacy policies and compliance with laws, prior to inputting and/or supplying them with any of your personal data.
For the avoidance of any doubt, this privacy statement applies solely to information collected through the U-App, E-App, Management Interface and/or our Website.
Dtelo hereby guarantees that personally identifiable data collected and/or processed by or through the Website and/or Management Interface, E-App or U-App will not be shared in any manner which is not specifically set out in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms of Use [Note – please embed link to the Terms of Use here].
Dtelo shall not transfer your Personal Information to any third party other than in any of the following events:
You hereby waive any and all claims against the Company in respect of the use of your Personal Information as provided above.
Dtelo will comply with all guidelines, policies and regulations set forth in Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Dtelo reserves the right to register any and all Personal Information it collects about its users in a database to be utilized for the following purposes:
(a) Advertising, marketing and sales, including any manner of communication with the User (e.g: via text messages, emails, fax, phone calls etc.);
(b) Statistical and behavioral analytics;
(c) Internal use;
(d) Retention of geolocation and communications data (for the purpose of providing location based services to user of our App).
Dtelo shall use its best efforts to ensure that your personal data received from you through our Website is updated, accurate and complete, and you have the right to send us a written request via email to review the Personal Information Dtelo has collected and stores on you, including the right to request that we will correct and/or update such Personal Information.
As for users of our E-App, U-app or Management Interface, all information held and used by us to provide services through the App is received, as per your explicit consent from the hotel you are a guest at and/or are an employee of, as applicable, and therefore any update or correction requests should be coordinated through the hotel.
Dtelo may request certain personal data from you to enable it to confirm your identity and right to access such data, as well as to search for and provide you with the personal data maintained by Dtelo.
As a Registered Hotel or visitor to our Website you may elect during your registration process or thereafter through the user interface to have your account subscribed to received notifications concurrently by accepting the Terms of Use [Note – please embed the link for the Terms of Use here] and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If you subscribe to receive notifications and marketing and offers, you will explicitly agree to receive email notifications, push notifications through SMS from Dtelo or any other notification of any kind and sort, regarding new updates and opportunities offered by Dtelo according to the 30th amendment to the Communications Law, 2008.
You may opt out of receiving any newsletter or other communications by Dtelo at any time by unsubscribing via the designated link on the applicable notification previously received. When using our App or services, we may sometimes need to transmit Personal Information we processes to external service providers, such as cloud storage suppliers, analytics processors etc. In these cases, however, the extent of data transmitted is kept to the necessary minimum in order to provide the services which require such third-party service providers.
Dtelo may need to transfer your Personal Information to parties in locations outside of Israel, including countries which may not require an adequate level of protection for your personal data compared with that provided in Israel according to the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Information Outside of the Country's Borders) Regulations, 5761-2001 ("Transfer Regulations"). In these cases, we will employ all reasonable, commercial efforts to ensure that a reasonable level of data protection is established with the recipient, before transmitting your personal data.
The aforesaid notwithstanding, by accepting this Data Protection Policy, you expressly consent to the data transfer as described herein, even if the level of data protection is not up to those customary in your country, this includes transfers to countries outside of those stipulated as having adequate protection under the Transfer Regulation.
The Dtelo Services are not directed towards children under the age of 18 years. Specifically regarding our U-App users, if you are a minor, please do not use the Dtelo Service, and do not provide any personal data to us.
Other than when we receive information on our Registered Hotels' guests/clients, subject to the receipt of their consent, we do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to children and minors under the age of 18 years, according to applicable local laws, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
If we become aware that personal data was transferred to us or collected by us relating to children and minors under the age of 18 years for any other reason not stated above, we will delete such personal data without undue delay as soon as reasonably possible, including where it is necessary to delete the account/username used by the minor.

You acknowledge and agree that any dispute resulting from this Privacy Policy, shall be subject to Israeli law, and all provisions shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Israel.
All disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be exclusively settled by the competent courts of Haifa, Israel.
